MS Frocks, a firm within the Monnari Trade group, has obtained approval from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection to execute a concentration involving the acquisition of control over PBH SA, as stated in a press release from Monnari.
PBH SA is the proprietor of several brands, including the Quiosque label.
Monnari Trade is a Polish entity that manages two clothing brands: Femestage and Monnari. By the end of 2024, the group had 211 showrooms for both brands, in addition to an online retail platform.
PBH SA is a Polish apparel company located in Łódź, and it owns, among others, the Quiosque brand.
According to details available on the brand’s official website, Quiosque operates approximately 80 physical stores.
