TVN24 and TVN, both under the umbrella of the global media giant Warner Bros. Discovery, captured the highest viewership during the announcement of the second round of presidential election results, achieving a combined audience share of nearly 25 percent among viewers aged four and older, according to Nielsen TV Audience Measurement data. TVN’s „Fakty” was the leading news program in May.
On Sunday, June 1, 2025, at 9 p.m., the Ipsos exit poll results were released, showing Rafał Trzaskowski in the lead with 50.3 percent. However, later polls and the official outcomes from the National Electoral Commission confirmed that Karol Nawrocki was elected president with 50.89 percent of the votes.
Exit poll results – audience viewership
During the announcement of the exit poll results (21:00-21:09), the TVN24 and TVN channels led the audience, securing a combined market share of 24.62 percent among viewers aged four and above.
At that moment, TVP channels (TVP1, TVP Info, and TVP Polonia) achieved a collective market share of 15.16%, TV Republika garnered 14.58%, while Polsat channels (Polsat News, Wydarzenia 24, and Polsat News Polityka) captured 5.78%. Closing the list was wPolsce24, which attracted 1.92% of the viewership.

In the 20-54 age demographic, TVN24 and TVN also led with a result of 25.49 percent. Following them were TV Republika (10.71 percent), TVP channels (10.45 percent), Polsat channels (7 percent), and wPolsce24 (1.58 percent).
The TVN WBD group channels also proved to be the most popular on election nights. Their combined audience share reached 22.41 percent in the overall group and 23.51 percent in the commercial group.

The tvn24.pl portal leads on the day of the second round of presidential elections
On the day of the second round of the presidential elections, the tvn24.pl portal was the most visited among online news outlets. On June 1, user numbers surpassed 3 million.
Following it were polsatnews.pl with nearly 725 thousand users, tvrepublika.pl with 200 thousand users, and tvp.info with almost 190 thousand users.

Remarkable results of „Fakty” TVN
According to Nielsen TV Audience Measurement data, TVN’s „Fakty,” broadcast on both TVN and TVN24 BiS, was the most-viewed news program in Poland.
Among viewers aged four and older, it achieved a market share of 20.26 percent, while in the 20-54 age group, it had a share of 21.12 percent.

The subsequent positions were filled by „I9:30” (aired on TVP1, TVP Info, and TVP Polonia) with shares of 14.52 percent (group 4+) and 11.25 percent (20-54), „Wydarzenia” (Polsat and Wydarzenia24) with 12.38 percent and 14.16 percent, and TV Republika with shares of 8.11 percent and 4.41 percent.
The tvn24.pl portal recorded 10.1 million unique users in May, surpassing polsatnews.pl (5.7 million) among news television websites.
