Artur Łącki. Declaration of assets of the MP of the Civic Coalition
Civic Coalition MP Artur Łącki has reported ownership of two houses, eight apartments, five vehicles, multiple plots of land, and a farm in his asset declaration. Additionally, he possesses several million złoty in savings and investments, alongside luxury watches and art pieces.
Artur Łącki’s financial declaration has been published on the Sejm’s website, reflecting his financial status as of the end of 2024. The document reveals that the KO MP has savings amounting to PLN 1.14 million, EUR 483.16 thousand, and USD 8.29, which totals approximately PLN 3 million when converted using current exchange rates.

In his asset declaration, the KO MP noted that he holds shares, treasury bonds, and receivables valued at PLN 2.6 million and EUR 450,000 (around PLN 4.5 million in total). Furthermore, the politician has stakes in Baltic Gryf Apartments (150 units), RP Staszów (11,034 units), and RP Przeworsk PSA (1,492,767 units).
Łącki is a co-owner of a 350 sq m house appraised at PLN 2.5 million and also owns a 250 sq m house valued at PLN 1.5 million. He further possesses seven apartments totaling EUR 2.5 million and an additional apartment worth EUR 250,000.
In the declaration, he specified ownership of a farm covering 1.47 ha (valued at PLN 75 thousand). He also owns properties measuring 6,051 sq m and 4,860 sq m and is a co-owner of a property spanning 25,786 sq m—these three real estate holdings are valued at PLN 64 million.

- five cars (Mercedes EQC, Land Rover Range Rover, Jeep Grand Cherokee, BMW 4 Cabrio, Infiniti Q50),
- five luxury watches (IWC, Rolex, Rado, Hublot, Geneve),
- an antique oil painting,
- two sculptures,
- various graphic works.
The politician outlined his income sources in the declaration:
- PIT R parliamentary allowance of PLN 47,966.35, including untaxed PLN 36,000,
- PIT 11 – income of PLN 173,580.13,
- PIT 38 – income of PLN 112,173.80,
- PIT 37 – income of PLN 183,153.17.
Łącki’s financial obligations amount to around PLN 2 million.
