Difficulties in banks [PKO BP, Santander Bank Polska, ING Bank Śląski, VeloBank]
PKO BP, Santander Bank Polska, ING Bank Śląski, Velobank – these financial institutions have planned maintenance activities over the next few days. Consequently, there may be challenges with online transactions, including BLIK payments.
PKO BP
Customers of PKO BP should brace themselves for potential difficulties.
„We require time for technical maintenance, hence from Friday, March 28, 2025, 3:00 p.m. until Monday, March 31, 2025, 6:30 a.m., access to the Trade Service application on the iPKO biznes online platform will be unavailable. If possible, please complete all essential transactions beforehand. We apologize for any inconvenience caused,” the bank stated in a notice.
Santander Bank Poland
A number of services at Santander Bank Polska will also be out of service on Sunday night.
During the transition from Sunday to Monday, from midnight to 5 a.m., the following services will be inaccessible: online banking, mobile application, transfers, instant payments (Express Elixir, BlueCash, instant transfers in euros), (Euro Express Elixir), payments in online shops (Przelew24), BLIK, and the Santander currency exchange.
„You can still make card payments at stores and online. Cash deposits and withdrawals will also be possible,” the bank advises.
ING Bank Śląski
ING Bank Śląski customers will likewise face issues accessing services during the night from Saturday to Sunday, 29/30 March.
„On the night from Saturday to Sunday (29-30.03.2025), between 23:30 and 06:00, we are conducting maintenance activities,” the bank mentions. During this period, users may experience temporary access issues to banking services, which include:
– ATMs and cash deposit machines, – Moje ING online banking platform and Moje ING mobile app, – ING Business online banking platform and its mobile version, – BLIK payments, – express transfers, – online payments via Płać z ING, – online payments requiring additional authentication (3DSecure), – special PSD2 interface, – it will be impossible to purchase products through Moje ING and on the website www.ing.pl (including loans and accounts, such as savings).
Velobank
In contrast, Velobank customers will encounter interruptions on the night from Friday to Saturday. The maintenance is set for Saturday, March 29 from 00:00 to 5:30.
During this time, you will still be able to pay by card in physical stores, as well as deposit and withdraw cash using an ATM card.
However, you will not be able to:
– log in to electronic banking, – execute a transfer, – utilize BLIK.
Moreover, online card payments may encounter difficulties.
