The Supervisory Board of Energa has passed resolutions to appoint new members to the Management Board for the upcoming term. Sławomir Staszak will continue as President, as stated in a stock exchange announcement released by the company on Thursday.

As per Energa’s press release, „the Management Board of Energa S.A. (the 'Company’) announces that on June 12, 2025, the Supervisory Board adopted resolutions to appoint the following individuals to the Management Board for the new joint 8th term of office:

  • Mr. Sławomir Staszak as President of the Management Board,
  • Ms. Magdalena Kamińska as Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Affairs,
  • Mr. Piotr Szymanek as Vice-President of the Management Board,
  • Mr. Michał Gołębiowski as Vice-President of the Management Board.”

The company indicated that the appointments of Sławomir Staszak, Magdalena Kamińska, and Piotr Szymanek will take effect the day after the general meeting scheduled for June 13, where the financial statements for the 2024 fiscal year will be approved.

Sławomir Staszak has served as the CEO of Energa since November of the previous year. Energa emphasized that Staszak possesses over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, along with expertise in managing, developing, and executing extensive corporate governance frameworks in commercial law companies and holding groups, as well as in the fields of corporate, holding, and capital market law.
