Polish Business Roundtable Award 2025 [LIST OF WINNERS]
On Monday, we recognized the recipients of the 14th iteration of the Polish Business Roundtable Award, often referred to as the „business Oscars.” The honorees included Piotr Wojciechowski and Adam Bartosiewicz, the founders of WB Electronics; Michał Zachara, the vice president of KP Labs; along with Anna Gielewska and Wojciech Cieśla from the Reporters Foundation. A special accolade was awarded to Ewa Puszczyńska, a film producer with Oscar-winning titles to her credit.
On Monday, we celebrated the winners of the 14th edition of the PRB Award across three competitive categories: „Vision and Innovation,” „Success,” and „Social Activity.” The award committee, chaired by Krzysztof Kulig, was responsible for the selections.
Winners of the 14th edition of the Polish Business Roundtable Award
The PRB Award, sponsored by the Management Board of the Polish Business Roundtable, in the „Vision and Innovation” category for the implementation of a novel, daring, and unconventional idea or business concept, was awarded to Michał Zachary, Vice President of KP Labs, who, along with his team, executed the Intuition-1 mission.
The PRB Award, under the auspices of the Management Board of the Polish Business Roundtable, in the „Success” category for the realization of an impressive business project that significantly impacted the Polish market was granted to Piotr Wojciechowski and Adam Bartosiewicz, the founders and key drivers behind the success of WB Electronics.
The Andrzej Czernecki PRB Award in the „Social Activity” category for social and philanthropic efforts recognizing individuals and organizations fulfilling vital social roles was awarded to Anna Gielewska and Wojciech Cieśla, vice-president and president of the Reporters Foundation.
Special Prize of Jan Wejchert
Besides the awards in the competitive categories, the PRB Award Chapter, comprised of notable figures from the realms of business and culture, also identified the recipient of the Jan Wejchert Special Award.
This year, the award was presented to Ewa Puszczyńska—the sole Polish film producer with Oscar-winning films in her portfolio („Ida,” „Strefa interes,” „Prawdziwy śrub”).

The Polish Business Roundtable Award stands as one of the most significant honors for Polish entrepreneurs, visionaries, and social activists, recognizing their extraordinary achievements and contributions.
Since its inception in 2012, the competition has highlighted individuals who, through their determination, bravery, and entrepreneurial spirit, make a profound impact on social and economic landscapes.
The Polish Business Council Award Gala was held on May 26, 2025, at the Ufficio Primo in Warsaw and was broadcast live on TVN24 BiS.
