Starting in June, travelers will be able to fly from Radom airport to Barcelona. This route will be operated by PLL LOT, with flights scheduled weekly.

LOT Polish Airlines has commenced direct services from Warsaw-Radom Airport to Barcelona. This route will form part of the carrier’s summer schedule, with the inaugural flight set for June 14, 2025, as announced in a press statement by LOT Polish Airlines.

The flights will take place weekly on Saturdays, departing at 7:15 a.m. The national airline’s aircraft will return at 11:25 a.m.

The journey on this route will have a duration of 3 hours, utilizing Boeing 737 MAX 8 and 737-800 aircraft for passenger transport.

Warsaw-Radom Airport aims to accommodate over 120,000 travelers in 2025. Polish Airports (PPL) anticipates that the flight offerings from this airport will grow, albeit at a slower pace than previously projected by the former management of the company.

In May, the route network is expected to be enhanced with charter flights to Sharm el-Sheikh and Hurghada in Egypt. The summer season will also witness the return of flights to Antalya in Turkey, Tirana in Albania, and Preveza in Greece. PPL also looks forward to the resumption of regular flights to Larnaca, operated by Wizz Air.

Radom Airport

Radom Airport is the newest airport in Poland, concentrating on low-cost and charter traffic. 2024 marks its first complete year of operations following its acquisition by PPL and reopening in April 2023.

Last year, the airport catered to 112,610 passengers, reflecting an increase of over 9 percent compared to the end of 2023, when 103,418 travelers utilized the airport’s facilities.
