Toxic food spatula. The Chief Sanitary Inspectorate warns against the JUXIONG brand product.
The Chief Sanitary Inspectorate has issued a public alert regarding a JUXIONG food scoop. An examination indicated the potential leaching of carcinogenic substances into food.
The Chief Sanitary Inspectorate (GIS) announced that an inspection conducted by the State Sanitary Inspection found the migration of chemical compounds – primarily aromatic amines – from the spatula into food.
„Primary aromatic amines are substances that may pose a threat to human health and should not be found in food,” states the warning released by the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate, as is common in many such instances.
It’s important to note that primary aromatic amines have been designated as carcinogenic by the International Agency for Research on Cancer. They can inflict harm to the liver, kidneys, vision, and thyroid.
