Alert levels in Poland. Decision of Prime Minister Donald Tusk

Prime Minister Donald Tusk has enacted orders that prolong the duration of the second-degree BRAVO and BRAVO-CRP alert levels in Poland until May 31, 2025, as announced by the Government Security Centre.
According to the government website, Prime Minister Donald Tusk has enacted orders prolonging the three alert levels until May 31, 2025.
The orders specify:
- BRAVO (2nd level of threat) – applicable nationwide – Order No. 7 of February 28, 2025,
- BRAVO-CRP (2nd level of threat) – applicable nationwide – Order No. 8 of February 28, 2025
- BRAVO (2nd level of threat) regarding Polish energy infrastructure outside the borders of the Republic of Poland – Order No. 9 of February 28, 2025.
These alert levels serve primarily as a notification for the services to be prepared for action.
Notification for services
BRAVO-CRP represents the second of four alert levels established in the Anti-Terrorist Action Act.
„This indicates that public administration is mandated to enhance monitoring of the security status of teleinformatic systems,” RCB reported. This encompasses 24-hour readiness for key system administrators.

Conversely, the BRAVO alert level (the second on a four-point scale) is implemented when there is an increased and foreseeable threat of a terrorist incident. This signifies that the services possess information regarding a potential threat, and consequently, public administration is required to exercise heightened vigilance. It also involves a review of resources and the potential for their deployment in the event of a terrorist incident.
