Cenos may end up in the hands of a Lithuanian company. Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) announcement

The Office of Competition and Consumer Protection has announced that it has received a request from the Lithuanian firm Galinta to gain control over the Polish company Cenos, located in Września.
Galinta is engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of food items, such as rice, groats, flakes, and buckwheat. This company is part of the INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund group, which is a private equity investment fund focused on investing in enterprises across the Baltic States and Central Europe.
