Children's product withdrawn from sale. Choking hazard.
A sports gear manufacturer has issued an alert regarding a children’s sleeping bag due to a possible suffocation risk. The product in question has been recalled.
„As part of our continuous quality assurance and product safety assessments, we have discovered a potential safety concern with our DEUTER MICRO STAR children's sleeping bag (article numbers: 372202599089, 372202522939, 372202513999)” – states a notice published on the bakosport.pl website.
„Under specific conditions, there is a possibility that a child could slip into the sleeping bag and the material covering their head might obstruct their mouth, which could pose a suffocation hazard,” it further explained.
The company has opted to promptly recall the faulty product.
