The National Revenue Administration (KAS) has announced that the capability to pay taxes via payment card on the e-Tax Office platform will be introduced in March this year.

The KAS intends to persist in enhancing and expanding customer-oriented services throughout the 2024-2028 timeframe.

Taxes. PIT and card payment

It was noted that the modifications expected to be enacted during the first and second quarters of 2025 will include payment options in the e-Tax Office (e-US).

„Our goal is to optimize the payment procedure in the e-US service so customers can easily pay taxes through various methods, such as card payments. The rollout date for card payments is set for March 2025,” KAS stated.

PIT settlement via application

She reminded that in January 2025, the mobile application for the e-Tax Office was made available for smartphones.

„Users of the application will enjoy quick, easy, and secure access to the services offered by the e-Tax Office. The application will be launched in multiple phases. Currently, all services are accessible through the account of an individual,” KAS reported.

In June 2025, there are plans to broaden the application’s capabilities to include access to the organization’s account. „You can already settle your PIT using the e-US application at this time,” KAS noted.

The Office also intends to introduce a new service within the Multichannel Communication Centre.

„Individuals with special needs who communicate using sign language will have the ability to schedule a video call with a National Revenue Administration expert,” the National Revenue Administration announced.
