A sudden turn of events. The Prime Minister's speech is delayed

The deregulation package that the prime minister was scheduled to unveil on Thursday will now be announced after the holidays, as the conference has been postponed—this information has been provided by the Polish Press Agency, citing the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. Previously, Donald Tusk had indicated that the package was to be revealed on Thursday.
This information was initially reported by RMF FM.
Deregulation. The conference was intended to take place on Thursday
At the EFNI congress, the head of government indicated that he would present the first substantial deregulation package on Thursday. He expressed his belief that removing bureaucratic obstacles from the European economy would be advantageous for Poland.
The Prime Minister stated that in May, a collective of entrepreneurs, managers, and experts focused on deregulation will travel to Copenhagen to collaboratively develop a continuation of the deregulation program for the Danish presidency of the EU Council, which will commence on July 1, following the Polish presidency. „We have accepted the responsibility—as the presidency—to persuade Europe that this deregulation initiative must encompass the entire European Union,” he added.
Deregulation in the economy
In February, the Prime Minister suggested that InPost CEO Rafał Brzoska lead a team tasked with preparing a package of deregulation proposals. In March, the government received the initial set of deregulation solutions. Recently, Brzoska disclosed that 400 deregulation proposals would be submitted by June 1.
On Wednesday, the chairman of the government deregulation team, head of the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers Maciej Berek, revealed that the government has so far reviewed 173 proposals from the WiadomościMY initiative led by Rafał Brzoska.
Berek clarified that 108 proposals (62%) were approved, of which 11 have already been implemented (the Council of Ministers has passed the relevant legal act/draft bill), and an additional 17 are currently in the legislative process.
The chairman of the government deregulation team also mentioned that 26 proposals submitted by the PrzepisyMY initiative (15 percent) require „in-depth analyses.” – We did not accept 32 proposals (19 percent) due to considerations related to the security and stability of public finances – Berek added.
He also reported that during Wednesday’s meeting of the government’s deregulation team, discussions included proposals aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the justice system.
The Minister indicated that in addition to evaluating the proposals from the WiadomościMY initiative, the government is also advancing its own deregulation initiatives. He reminded that on Tuesday, the government approved a project from the Ministry of Justice aimed at simplifying the system of free legal aid. Accessing this aid will no longer necessitate submitting a declaration of inability to bear the costs of the aid. It will also be possible to receive consultations online or via telephone.
Minister Paszyk’s project
Changes in deregulation have also been developed by the Ministry of Development led by Krzysztof Paszyk (PSL). The proposed amendment to certain acts aimed at deregulating economic and administrative law and enhancing the principles of developing economic law has successfully undergone its first reading in the Sejm.
The project includes 47 simplifications, such as reducing the inspection duration for micro-entrepreneurs from 12 to 6 days, mandating that a list of information and documents be provided to the entrepreneur prior to initiating the preliminary inspection, and allowing for the option to contest the inspection activities.
