About Jan Koral

„Since 1968, Jan Koral has owned a private ice cream parlor named 'Bajka’, located on ul. Sobieskiego in Nowy Sącz. The flavor of the treats he created has been enjoyed by many generations of Nowy Sącz residents. He was also an activist and supporter of Sandecja in the mid-1980s,” we read.

His activities inspired his two brothers – Marian and Józef Koral – to establish an ice cream business that remains well-known in Poland and Europe today in 1979. The Koral company operates out of Nowy Sącz and has two production facilities in Limanowa and Rzeszów.
