Technical work in six banks. Difficulties for customers of PKO BP, ING Bank Śląski, mBank, Credit Agricole and Bank Pocztowy

PKO BP, ING Bank Śląski, mBank, Velobank, Credit Agricole, and Bank Pocztowy are set to conduct maintenance work in the upcoming days. As a result, users might face challenges with transfers, mobile banking, and Blik payments.
PKO BP
„We have planned technical maintenance from Saturday, March 15, 2025, starting at 9:00 p.m. until Sunday, March 16, 2025, at 6:00 a.m. During this period, there may be temporary issues accessing services in the IKO and iPKO biznes applications, as well as on the iPKO and iPKO biznes websites. Additionally, the IKO application will be entirely unavailable from 00:00 to 04:00,” PKO BP stated in an announcement.
It was further noted that „card payments will function without interruptions”. „If possible, please conduct all essential transactions beforehand,” the bank advised.
ING Bank Śląski
ING Bank Śląski has announced that on the night of Saturday to Sunday (15-16 March) from 00:30 to 04:30, certain services will be out of operation.
„The functionality for ordering and receiving an Express Elixir express transfer and a Blik phone transfer to/from other banks will not be accessible,” it was reported.
Furthermore, on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., the Makler module in Moje ING will also be inaccessible.
mBank
Maintenance operations will also occur at mBank. „Due to scheduled technical work on March 16 (Sunday) between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., access to eMakler will be restricted,” mBank declared in a statement.
It was emphasized that „the mBank Giełda application will remain operational during this time.”
VeloBank
This Saturday, from 00:00 to 8:00, certain VeloBank services will be temporarily unavailable.
Specifically, users will not be able to:
- access mobile and online banking,
- initiate a transfer,
- utilize Blik.
There may also be issues with online card payments. „Starting from March 14 at 10:00 p.m., executing transfers through electronic banking could encounter difficulties, and on March 17 from 0:30 to 2:30 a.m., due to maintenance work by our card provider, card payments in stores and online will not be possible,” the bank added.
Nevertheless, customers can still make card payments, utilize contactless phones, watches, or wristbands in physical stores. Cash deposits and withdrawals using cards at ATMs will also be possible.
Credit Agricole
Credit Agricole Bank announced in a statement that certain services will be unavailable during the night from Saturday to Sunday (15-16.03) between 00:00 and 07:30:
- online transfers and Blik,
- mobile application,
- CA24 eBank,
- Business Zone.
„During this time, you will not receive any SMS notifications regarding card transactions. You can only block your card through our hotline. Cash deposited in the ATM will be recorded once the maintenance period concludes,” the announcement underscored.
„Payment cards in retail stores and service points, as well as for cash withdrawals from ATMs, will operate as usual. However, it’s advisable to carry some cash with you,” the bank further advised.
Credit Agricole also noted that unsigned contracts in the CA24 Bank or CA24 Mobile services must be finalized before they become unavailable.
