MS Frocks, a subsidiary of the Monnari Trade group, has submitted a request to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection seeking approval to acquire a stake in PBH, as stated in a press release from Monnari. PBH SA owns several brands, including Quiosque, Laurella, and Akardo.

The communication regarding the deal indicated that „a favorable ruling from the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection is a prerequisite for finalizing an agreement to buy shares in this company”.

„The Issuer is currently assessing the legal and financial status of PBH SA. The Issuer will decide on the potential share acquisition and its conditions only after the conclusion of the proceedings with the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection” – it was noted.

About companies

Monnari Trade is a Polish enterprise managing two clothing labels – Femestage and Monnari. By the end of 2024, the group operated 211 showrooms for both labels, along with an e-commerce platform.

PBH SA is a Polish apparel company located in Łódź, recognized for brands such as Quiosque.

As per the information available on the brand’s official website, Quiosque operates approximately 80 physical stores.
